Yeah, the dog is beyond rescue by now. You have a valid idea, that would work to some extend, yet lead to other visual problems just the same.

Yep, Thats my curse with everything I have ever done. I seem to have good hands for a lot of things, but simplicity is not one of them.
I try to keep it simple each and every time, yet somehow along the way, things go overboard, and thats when things get out of proportion.
In the case of the wolf: I just progressed to quickly, making mistakes, and trying to recover right away from them, instead of putting it down and continuing the next day. So one mistake lead to others...... you know how the stories go......

He's not a lost cause. He just needs a bit of a trim.

Yes, that's exactly what I envisioned! It looks like he doesn't need that much tweaking to look more like a canine than a bear.

Although, honestly, I kinda like it uncorrected. It had a medieval feel to it.

Yep, at the angle in the picture, those cuts would help.
But I tried to redraw those lines on the actual cab and somehow it does not look right either.
For now, will leave it. Still got two weeks before I need to decide.....
