Since I'm here I'll tell you that her plant was grown from beans on the mother plant I've had for a good 10 years now, and her's is turning 2 years old right about now. Last year I asked if anyone wanted a coffee plant, and 8's was the only one who took me up on it, and I'm delighted to hear its thriving in her care out there in sunny Catifornia. :mrgreen:

Yes, I got a few every year for years, but they were very few until the year I planted them. There were none last year, although my main plant was traumatized by blowing over, plus his macaw bit a good deal of the top off it when it landed partially in his cage outside, so I'm hoping that's why it didn't produce beans last year and am hoping I'll get another decent crop this year. :)
