I hate to beat a dead horse, but we need to keep some of us horses alive.

Last year, the National Institutes of Health – Anthony Fauci’s employer – doled out $30 billion in government grants to roughly 56,000 recipients. That largess of taxpayer money buys a lot of favor and clout within the scientific, research, and healthcare industries.

However, in our breaking investigation, we found hundreds of millions of dollars in payments also flow the other way. These are royalty payments from third-party payers (think pharmaceutical companies) back to the NIH and individual NIH scientists.

We estimate that between fiscal years 2010 and 2020, more than $350 million in royalties were paid by third-parties to the agency and NIH scientists – who are credited as co-inventors.

Because those payments enrich the agency and its scientists, each and every royalty payment could be a potential conflict of interest and needs disclosure.

Recently, our organization at OpenTheBooks.com forced NIH to disclose over 22,100 royalty payments totaling nearly $134 million paid to the agency and nearly 1,700 NIH scientists. These payments occurred during the most recently available period (September 2009 – September 2014).

The production is the result of our federal lawsuit vs. NIH. The agency admits to holding 3,000 pages of line-by-line royalties since 2009. So far, they’ve produced only 1,200 pages. The next 1,800 pages of production will cover the period 2015-2020.

Waning of protection conferred by 2 doses of the BNT162b2 vaccine begins shortly after injection & becomes substantial within 4 months. We examined long-term protection of naturally acquired immunity compared to vaccine-induced immunity.

Group 1, N = 673,676 Vaccine not Infection Group SARS-CoV-2-naive individuals who received a 2-dose regimen of the BioNTech/Pfizer mRNA BNT162b2 vaccine. Group 2, N = 62,883 Infection not Vaccine Group Previously infected individuals who have not been vaccinated. SARS-CoV-2-related outcomes: June 1st to August 14th 2021 (Delta variant times).

Infection, 13 times more infections in vaccinated group. Symptomatic disease, 27 times more disease in vaccinated group.
Hospitalization, 8 in vaccinated group, 0 in infection group & Death 0 / 0.

Results: When the first event (infection or vaccination) occurred during January and February of 2021. That’s 4 months up to 8 months, Vaccinees not Infection Group, 13.06-fold increased risk for infection compared to Infection not Vaccine Group.

In my clinical experience, I have found patients to be extremely forgiving with evolving data if you are honest and transparent with them. The incorrect hypothesis that natural immunity is unreliable has resulted in the loss of thousands of American lives, avoidable vaccine complications and damaged the credibility of public health officials. It would be good for our public health leaders to show humility by acknowledging that the hypothesis they repeatedly trumpeted was not only wrong, but it may be harmful.

Public health officials changing their position on natural immunity, after so much hostility toward the idea, would go a long way in rebuilding the public trust.

Pfizer Lawsuit Awakens US to Mass CV19 Vax Murders – Karen Kingston

Karen Kingston is a biotech analyst and former Pfizer employee who says Texas AG Ken Paxton’s recent lawsuit is charging Pfizer for many “lies” about their CV19 vax being safe and effective.


Kingston contends this is going to begin a great awakening to the murders and disease caused by these injections. Many doctors now say the CV19 vax did not help a single person. Let that sink in. Kingston explains, “What Paxton and his team are going to do is expose thousands and thousands of lies that you were told by Pfizer and, specifically, CEO Albert Bourla. Albert Bourla went on a campaign of deception and a lying spree that resulted in a killing spree, and Bourla knew it. Ken Paxton and his legal team are charging Pfizer under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act of Texas. There are five counts they are being charged with across 18 violations. The 95% efficacy was not what you thought it was. . . . There was no evidence that it would stop transmission and infecting others. There was no evidence it worked against the variants. Then . . . there was the charge of scheming to suppress the truth about the failing vaccine. . . . This is huge.”

How big is this? Kingston says, “It could be $350 billion in fines for Pfizer, and they cannot get out of this by going bankrupt.”

Kingston goes on to say, “I think the actual truth is you were not injected with a vaccine. The immune response you got, and they called it a robust response, is really your body’s response to being poisoned to foreign material that is in your body. It’s genetic material as well as inorganic material. This is not a vaccine, and people were involved in criminal human experimentation as were their children. They were experimented on with a biotechnology pathogen. This is per our National Institutes of Health and our U.S. military.”

Kingston started warning about the death and dangers of this CV19 vax more than two years ago on USAWatchdog.com. She called the CV19 vax “poison,” and the millions of deaths and injuries worldwide prove her right. Sadly, Kingston will continue to be right. She says the peak in disabilities won’t happen until 2025, and peak deaths from the CV19 injections come after that. Kingston says, “I also predicted that people would be dying from aggressive cancers and large cancer tumors out of nowhere. I also said this is criminal, you can sue Pfizer and you can have criminal charges against Pfizer. I think we are going to get a great awakening to do that, and people do not have to remain a victim. This is murder, and it is no different than me having a cupcake company and I put cyanide in the cupcakes. . . .and I did not expose to you my natural ingredients. That’s murder.”

There was some sense in the air in the spring of 2020 that many things weren't quite normal. Here, we had most governments in the world locking down their populations with extreme policies, wrecking economies and long-settled traditions of rights and liberties, while fake scientists took over the airwaves and blasted us daily and hourly with crazy messages of compliance.

It was a lonely time to be incredulous. Most of the people I would have thought would cry foul simply stopped talking. Most of what I saw on social media seemed all about conformity with the insanity. When someone would pop up to raise questions here and there, the account was shouted down brutally and socially punished for deviating from the narrative. This further discouraged people from objecting.

So, on it went for months, and then got worse with the nutty masking practices and the vaccine. Suddenly, every major voice from pop culture and the movies became a voice for the practice of medicine. These are people who would never recommend pharmaceuticals to people whom they don’t know. They aren't professionals and are in no position to do so. But when the time came, they were all cocksure that getting the shot was the way to go for absolutely everyone.

One possible explanation of the unfolding frenzy was simply that society had gone mad. There's surely truth in that. History is replete with examples of such things, and I had studied them for years. We always believe that in our own times, we're too enlightened and informed about such things, but apparently not. The same mad passions that led to the witch burnings, the red scares, and even the bonfire of the vanities are still with us, ready to be unleashed under the right conditions.

And yet we're learning more and more now that it wasn't only the madness of crowds at work. There was a deliberate construction of a narrative and an orthodoxy, all pushed at the highest levels of government. The proof of this is mounting by the week. To be sure, government is restricted from doing this directly, so over the past five years or so, we’ve seen grand experiments in outsourcing the control of the public mind to third-party organizations with an arm’s-length relationship to government. This has included universities, nonprofits, and social media companies.

We’ve read all about this in the Twitter Files and the discovery from the case Missouri v. Biden, and seen evidence from many whistleblowers. But the latest leaks go beyond anything we’ve seen yet. Michael Shellenberger, Alex Gutentag, and Matt Taibbi came into the possession of a huge trove of documents from the so-called Cyber Threat Intelligence League (CTIL), an organization set up in 2018 to monitor and curate the internet.

The CTIL was supposedly a private organization, but it later came to work tightly with government agencies. Indeed, from its inception, the League included employees from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the FBI, and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). “According to the whistleblower, roughly 12–20 active people involved in CTIL worked at the FBI or CISA,” the journalists report. How many people worked in this supposedly volunteer effort? It could be 500 but also could be as many as 1,700. Because they didn’t work directly for the government, they weren't bound by strict rules for information classification, so leaks would be inevitable, despite constant injunctions to lock down all material.

They weren't just working with social media and mainstream media to craft narratives. They were engaged in so-called offensive work, too, creating sock puppets to shout down dissidents and humiliate them, fabricating the appearance of a mainstream consensus. These efforts of CTIL began in earnest in 2018 to stop a “repeat of 2016”—that is to say, the election of Donald Trump. The ethos in the group was that Trump and his supporters, and any opinion that they held on anything, represented a grave threat to state security and needed to be crushed.

So, yes, CTIL was deeply involved in the entire Russia hoax, the notion that somehow Vladimir Putin was responsible for putting Trump in office. But that focus turned eventually to COVID-19. That’s when I first began to notice that something was amiss. These fairly intelligent but anonymous accounts would appear on my timeline with bitter denunciations of my anti-lockdowns posts, and anything that seemed to “minimize” the grave threat of the virus.

The same thing happened with masking. I posted a zippy protest, suggesting that masks were medically useless for this kind of virus but also that they were a symbol of obsequious deference to regime priorities. Pretty much the ceiling fell in as I faced a huge barrage of hate, not just from people who should've known better but also from many accounts of people who otherwise had no public profile. Some would claim high credentials, but I could never verify them. They were clearly sock puppets. Now, I see that it was likely CTIL at work crafting the narrative to control the public mind.

CTIL recruited people out of the intelligence agencies who had retired and also sought volunteers from the tech industry. They pushed their agenda with intense political passion and without regard to any facts at all. Their whole goal was to suppress and counter any opinions that contradicted Deep State priorities at the time. Again, the organization was set up in 2018, so by the time the 2020 lockdowns came along, it was fully practiced and prepared.
The conspiracy was and is out in the open. CTIL has an account on X, formerly known as Twitter. In April of 2020, the head of CISA (which was also responsible for dividing the workforce between essential and nonessential, while becoming the center of all censorship efforts) actually posted the announcement of a partnership between CTIL and CISA.

“Thank you to @CTIleague volunteers for working to manage risk and identify #vulnerabilities in the nation’s medical sector,” the head of CISA wrote. “You’ve already accomplished so much in a short period of time and you’re just getting started!”

Yikes! But sure enough, we're seeing the same thing happen in the economic realm. The White House and its agencies are working with such groups to suppress negative information about economic conditions. This impulse to control and curate the public mind is spreading to ever more areas. And despite existing court cases, nothing currently seems to stand in their way. It’s almost like the First Amendment is a dead letter. Certainly, the Cyber Threat Intelligence League acts like it is.

Suing the Biden Administration Over Free Speech and Censorship

Two landmark lawsuits brought against the Biden administration alleging that it leaned on and strong-armed social media companies to censor free speech were consolidated in the United States District Court for the Western District Court of Louisiana on July 26.
Democratic presidential hopeful Robert Kennedy Jr. is the plaintiff in one of the actions, Kennedy v. Biden. The states of Louisiana and Missouri are the plaintiffs in the other suit, Missouri v. Biden.

Both suits allege that the White House and federal agencies worked together and bullied the powerhouse social media companies, Facebook, Google, Twitter, and YouTube, to suppress and block information of which the government disapproved.

The complaints claim that major and fundamental components of the information that was repressed involved statistics, opinion, and commentary on the COVID-19 virus and the efficacy of vaccines for the virus, and the side effects the vaccines can cause, and also data pertaining to climate change.
“Huge victory as Kennedy v. Biden is consolidated with Missouri v. Biden,” Mr. Kennedy wrote on Twitter. “My case is a class action suit on behalf of individuals censored by the White House, who were harmed and whose rights were infringed by not hearing our messages.

“As Frederick Douglass pointed out, every act of censorship has two classes of victims; the speakers and the listeners!”
