Every little place is in control of its own cloud seeding and trouble is brewing for everybody because of it. Dams are a fatal addition to a river for wildlife or fisheries besides slowing the earths rotation. We have a real issue in the south west of America and the Colorado is being drained.
On February 17, the Department of Royal Rainmaking and Agricultural Aviation (DRRAA) is expected to begin its annual relief plan, which includes filling local reservoirs.
