I keep telling myself it will never sell if nobody sees it...and the other side of the coin is until somebody sees it, it does not exist. It seems like my business environment is constantly making me do more with the mental aspect of mining and relationships than any actual mining. Setting up the table for a feast later I keep telling myself! I really do hate polishing silver over and over waiting for the guests to arrive. But if you have faith in something, not doing that thing is nonsense.

Use argentium silver and you won't have to sit there polishing, John.

There's another thread that's about CAD designing so I thought you must have meant that since I did not see anything in this one that limited it to drawing. From the little bit I saw it said jewelry making, so is it at their site where it limits it to illustrations? How strange is that if they would go for drawings instead of the real thing! Just about anybody can draw something, but to be able to create it out of metal and stones is a whole other ballgame, so that's just too weird.

I tend to not get excited about contests as much as real high powered competitions. I think the former are market research more than not either seriously or idle entertainment. Especially for commercial products that reward one out of many thousands for their time to create an excellent cross section of opinion if they sampled it correctly.

I thought the contest was a little strange too.

Guess I should go back and change the title of that thread to jewelry drawing competition.
