That one's really nice Chris, and I love the attention to detail in your design of the mounting. Beautiful, and way cool!

I like all kinds of opals. lol But what I was referring to was that I like the opal stones that have a unique look to them. For me the sense of pattern doesn't have to only come from the color.

Given what you had to work with you did a remarkable job in creating a pendant that looks fluid despite using odd shape ugly stones. Good work Chris, and congrats on getting business from that shop. Kudos!!

The customer is always right. Our job is to make to that appear correct. You did good. I exchanged a 1-1/2" plus clear quartz sphere a woman had to have wrapped to match her size, and she came the next day for an exchange (I love my work and think it's undervalued so I do that with most things salable) because she said it was like a clapper in a bell. Got something bigger but flat. I can't remember if it sold or is rolling, literally, around in a box somewhere.
