I keep getting logged out

Yeah, what happened to that mangled post I wonder??

Those tech support guys are probably getting pretty tired of me by now, I'm not going to stop bugging them until they find the fix for this thing.

have you tried the tech support for the forum sw as opposed to the servers? Maybe there's a setting somewhere.

That's the thing, nothing was changed in the forum settings, it just started happening.
Tech guys have already changed a few things in the php scripts, and it doesn't seem to help, so as usual, I'm baffled as to why this suddenly started happening.

The phpBB was saying it needed updating for a long time, and I think it still says it so I don't know if any updates were even downloaded. But since the server can't fix it, and it's affecting Firefox, Yahoo and IE for some, I think it's got to be a bug in the phpBB, so I think we have to contact them for a fix. Of course, I'm just thinking logically since I'm computer illitrit - I'm unedjumacated ... I'm blonde. :lol:

I asked the tech guys about the update, and they told me it would not effect this problem, and that the updated version is very limited in it's changes/fixes.

Well, it may yet be with the server since I shouldn't have had to log into your forum again, but I did so I'm thinking it's happening on both sites, but that we're not on yours long enough to see how fast the log-out happens. I just posted something over there and I'll try to find the relevant post here and post the link to it.

Yup, it's official. It's also happening on your site, Chris, so I would imagine it's got to be the server. :roll:
