For at least 2 days now every time I go to do something on the site I have to log in again, which is very inconvenient, and Chris is having the same problem. We both use Firefox, and since the site says it's not them, is anyone else having this problem? And if so, what browser are you using?

I sure hope we can figure out who to go to to complain.

Thank you KJ. At least now we know it's not Firefox, and the server needs to fix it. Right now they're saying everything's fine and it's not them, but if it's not our servers, they'd better figure it out.

That's weird, I just messaged Pink telling her that I tried using internet explorer and it never logged me out once,even when left open overnight.
The server team investigated and assured me it was not a server issue, so now I'm baffled.

I thought I had it figured out until you are having the same issues using internet exploder!

OK, today, it's the same, internet explorer does not log me out, but no matter what I click on in firefox, it logs me out.

Both FireFox & IE log me out

I don't get it, it's obviously cookie oriented.
I'm waiting for the support ticket guys to get back to me.

No problem with FireFox on this end. I don't use IE.

Thank you for contacting them to figure out what's going on Chris. If it's happening with 3 servers, it can't be Firefox so it's got to be them, so I would think it's happening on your site, too. Have you checked it using FF to see if it does it there too?
