I keep getting logged out

I'm still getting logged out in firefox, but not internet explorer.

Chris, make sure they know that multiple users, on various browsers, from different geographical areas are being effected.

I've been very specific about the issues with them, including that various users across various geographical locations, and different browsers are involved with the issue.

I actually used to be a tech supervisor for one of Canada's largest internet providers, and spent 6 years doing tech support myself, it sux....lol.

I wonder if it is actually 2 issues, one with a proxy server somewhere, and one with firefox.

I still have flawless performance using internet explorer, but am still constantly logged out using firefox.

The problem is, I like to use firefox, and not IE, and some of you guys are actually having the issue using IE.

I'll keep on them, hopefully they will figure something out, it's a pain in the butt.

Well,it's been over 24 hours, and I have not been logged out sing internet explorer.
Are you guys still getting logged out?

I still get logged out using forefox, so I guess I'll be using IE from now on, even though I hate it, I think firefox did something werid in their last upgrade.
The flash player keeps creeping up in memory usage when firefox is open, until 80% of my memory is taken up by it, then I have to manually kill the flash process, and my PC starts acting properly again.

Some kind of memory leak?

I just uploaded Firefox's latest update and nothing has changed. I left the site up while I did other things for about 30 minutes and was logged out when I returned.

My firefox is version 40.0.2, and my IE is version 11.0.9600.17.351.

FF is beta testing 41 right now and 42 is slated for November according to FBpurity.
