Beautiful carvings, Kurt!!! I am very impressed with your work, especially after watching your progress while working with opals.

Wishing you the Best in the contest!! :)

I also wanted to ask you if the public may cast their votes? If we can vote, please post a link.

I'm in... I hope. LoL This is my last weekend to finish. I'm working on three pieces and then will make the final decision.

Yup GK, there is supposed to be a public vote, not sure what all in involved yet.

Kurt's pieces are fantastic and I don't know which one is my fav.

Well.. I decided to go with 2 of my 3. Just not enough time to finish the third. Not sure I'm entirely pleased but there comes a point when you just have to stop and say it is what it is. I had a jewelry settings in mind but I had to give up yesterday. Can't get it done in time. I'll post photos later today.

When you send it, dont forget the postal code. I looked everywhere, and was only told about that stupid thing after I had everything send already.

It's on the entry form it's just not easy to find. Do you have tracking? Here we can usually contact the Post Office to make corrections if there's a problem. You shipped it early.

Bummer! I didn't knew about this till I read the thread since I've been living under rocks... After looking it up, I didn't think I would have time to register and send, etc... This is the piece I would of entered, maybe next year! :D

(Temp removal by author...)

I'll have to keep an eye out for the next one, good luck to you both!
