Thanks so much 8's and John. I tell you, you go for so long and nobody notices your stuff, and then suddenly you get 2 in a row. I got this one today saying this one landed on the front page, and this one was made a while ago so I didn't expect it.

I think it should have made the front page the first time. Sorry I'm off lately more than in everything. I' am viewing things. Got to go to town today and have my knee examined. I think i reinjured my ACL or whatever they operated on last month, got water back from this weekend. The Klamath Club came, well 4 regulars, no big field trip this year. They went up to the Rainbow and Eric found some large whites with color in the mud around them. Its a fact the opal does not just make because there is a hole to be in and obviously the surface charges are stronger than the internal areas far from it.

I wish we were closer so Steve could take a look at you and help you with that knee, John. If you have any business card refrigerator magnets you should try wrapping a few of them around the knee with an elastic bandage. They're finding magnet therapy to be very helpful in healing and pain relief. We swear by them, and I dislocated and fractured my left thumb back on May 1st, and Steve said it would take at least a season to heal, and it is, but I still have the magnet taped on it because it feels so much better with it than without it.

It has been a real nuisance because the thumb had little to no strength for quite a while, so I haven't been able to do the weed pulling and gardening I normally do this year, but at least you don't use your left thumb to type so I pretty much spent the summer inside in the cool air working online. With the oppressive heat and humidity out there, that worked for me.
