PRAISE Report and continued Prayer Request

Prayers for my sister please. She's been in the hospital for a few days now with a blocked pancreas & bile duct and a few other things. They are still running tests. No diagnosis yet.

Her name is Rhonda. She came come today. They found a stricture that was causing the blockages so they did a dilatation. They are still waiting on biopsy results.

KJ, how's Rhonda doing, and what was the result of the biopsy? Here's hoping it was benign and she's healing by now.

They say she has a rare form of bile duct cancer. They want to do an risky Whipple surgery. After they get in there, if it's still in the early stages the 5 year survival rate is only 30%. But if she doesn't have it they are giving her 7 months.

It's been very difficult. God have given her peace. It's Mom & I that are struggling... :/

So... her second biopsy has returned positive for pancreatic cancer. Not good news. She'll be having whipple surgery shortly.

And I had my first eye surgery which went well... until it got infected. I packed for 3 days in MN and ended up staying 8. It's been rough.
