Oak and Luna’s New Jewelry Collab Will Have Your Heart on Lock

Post by PinkDiamond »

These are cute costume jewelry pieces in vermeil, enamel and LGDs that won't break the bank, but I'm not fond of their letter designs at all. The hearts with the keys are cute and since they're enamel they can be any color, for those who don't like the idea of having a black heart. I know a few people who they'd suit just fine for in black though.

"Valentine’s Day may be over, but that doesn’t mean the demand for heart jewelry is waning. When compelling choices remain on the market (and continue to enter it), we see no reason to ever rule out the heart as a salable shape.

Heart jewelry ticks a number of current trend boxes, from the almost (but not overly) twee style of ladylike romance consumers are falling for to (the still relevant) Barbiecore. Hearts are at the top of their game and yet still so classic and beloved—one needn’t worry about any impending irrelevance.

“Weaving together delicate threads of both randomness and creativity and aptly named Heart on Lock, this special project brings together two diverse talents to unconventionally explore the multifaceted theme of love,” the company says in notes on the collection.

Set in vermeil and featuring lab-grown diamonds, the Heart on Lock pieces are accessible for consumers craving fun, fresh, and eye-catching jewelry—and the personalization offers a sentimental factor that will keep shoppers reaching for these jewels again and again, for years.

I love the option of pink enamel available in the collection, especially with white metal (sterling silver), as it feels exceptionally current and wonderfully feminine. But the black variations are compelling too, adding a touch of edge. And paired together, you can’t deny their fierce energy.
