I just realised my mistake, it was meant to be 500 not 5500
so I just changed the title to make it look new
Folks, the Opal Gods have smiled down upon us.
I have a piece of Opal on Sandstone, that weighs 59.9 ounces or 1.501 Kilograms on my kitchen scales.
It looks like Napoleons hat! I suppose it is
it runs from the crook of my elbow to my wrist, its huge, almost a foot.
Sitting on top of this piece, is color about 8 to 5mm thick, and what color it is!
I think there is 3 ounces of Opal in this piece that I would sell for 300 per ounce.
You could also clean the face and leave it insitu as a specimen.
Its dark now, so no piccies, I wounder is anyone willing to take the risk unseen?
When you see it, which will be about 14 hours after I post this, I know there will be more thanone of you that wants it and this is not an auction, so its first in. The piece itself is about 2 inches thick.
I wont be offering it elsewhere for sale, its an exclusive for you guys.
