I saw some Kasuku Opal at Gemrock and am trying to find out something, ANYTHING about it before my trip to Tucson later this month. DOes anyone know anything about it? Anything is appreciated! Thanks - Connie

just googled it, lol, and read that is a lime-green colored opal from zambia. (?) there's a discussion on the yahoo message groups that you will probably see if you google it, but to read the discussion, i think you have to have cookies enabled.

there's also a pic of one from the gemrockauctions that previously sold that is a beautiful color and untreated.

saw another pic of the kasuku opal on ebay that was light yellow.
