For September’s Most Vibrant Sapphires, Try Purple

Post by PinkDiamond »

Tomorrow is September first, so it's time for sapphires to be featured since they're a September birthstone, and if you're into purple/lavender sapphires you're going to love this one. I'm showing you the first three plus one I like, so use the link to see the full lineup for yourself. :)

"We’re on the cusp of September, that glorious month that welcomes the changing of seasons and is represented by a most beloved gemstone—sapphire.

Surely, you’ll get your fill of the the latest, most beautiful sapphires this month here on JCK (like this roundup of birthstone beauties), elsewhere, and in social media, though is there such a thing as getting your fill of such a lovely stone?

Most of them will be blue. A blue so divine, you’ll wish to leap right in. Now I’m not suggesting that image could be tiresome (truly never!), but just this once, maybe we can welcome sapphire with another one of its hues?

Those are almost the definition of Periwinkle as in a Pantone color: Very Peri! I love a good sapphire, especially rockhounding for them in Montana..
