These are awesome, and I love the rooster in the lead pic best since I had a Siamese silky named Maverick years ago, who lived in the house after he sustained a leg injury, and he provided quite a few laughs and did very well inside. The other pieces are great too, so I'm taking you through the 'blueberry sapphire' snakes, and leaving the others for you to see via the link. I will say that although the kitschy names they give their metals and gemstones are cute, there are some people who would probably believe they were their proper trade names.

The current boom in zodiac-themed jewels has also helped grow the menagerie. During Couture week in Paris in July, Boucheron introduced Elsewhere, a collection brimming with gazelle rings, butterfly brooches, toucan bangles, and more.

At JCK Las Vegas, Le Vian went all in on the theme. Animals not typically seen in jewelry—such as the rooster and octopus—come alive in resplendent designs that emphasize their colorful plumes and whimsical spirits.
