From InStore Magazine, for any of you interested in jewelrymaking or repair, here's an opportunity to win a scholarship to advance your education, and although you have until May 15th to apply, I suggest that you don't wait until the last minute if you're seriously interested.

"(PRESS RELEASE) The MJSA Education Foundation is now accepting scholarship applications from students interested in turning their passion for the design, manufacture, and/or repair of jewelry into careers.

Any student who is a U.S. citizen and enrolled in a jewelry program, whether at a university or trade school, can apply for a scholarship. Applicants must be able to demonstrate financial need, and they’ll be assessed based on their course of study, career plans, academics, recommendations, and related experience.
