Good Gemologists -v- Great Gemologists

In my roles as both teacher and administrator, as well as expert witness for jewelry related litigation, I see a lot of good gemologists but not so many really great gemologists. There is a clear distinction between the two based on an important element that I talk about today in our ISG Weekly Video.
