The only thing that appears to be missing is a diffuser to keep the lights from reflecting on the stones. Do you use a sheet of paper or something? :?:

I had a lightbox but found it too cumbersome to use. It was a good size heavy metal box with lights inside, and extra lights of other types, so since I wasn't using it and lequarion said he wanted one, I "sold" it to him, but to this day he has never paid me one red cent for it, and never will despite swearing up and down that he would. Good thing I do better without the lightbox because I never liked the way pics shot in it came out at all. :? :!:

Sadly, desperation makes people do things you'd never expect them to do. :(

The one act and gone is a lot better than the leech that will never leave. Hopefully L will get liquid eventually and take care of the debts. I've got about 30 grand I hoping this person or that will get religious and pay up someday. I can't keep track of people and the internet just made me give it up in ways to protect my vulnerabilities. BUT enough of that. I didn't use a tripod so I had to delete half the photos, I'm getting good. It used to be delete all the photos as I have not gotten a wire to my camera yet. My favorite help is a little solar turntable you can adjust the speed by the amount of sunlight on it. I need a go pro parrot cam for on my shoulder. The brighter your black light the easier it is for the camera to see. Rock and Gem has a 59.99 light on sale in one of the ads.

You did a great job capturing that John! None of my shots under UV come out, so I can definitely relate, but it looks like you've got it down now. Great shots! :!:

Get a tripod. You can find them really cheap! And I don't have a trip wire. I just set the timer on the shutter instead. But I love the UV light!

Oh, and regarding L, I know what it's like to be in a tight spot so I can't really pass judgement.

Interesting.. I won't pass judgment either, not my job in the bigger scheme of things.

I do like the U.V. shot. All I have is my phone and its crappy at pics, but better than nothing!

There's no judgment to pass; just observations of the decline of a friend who decided to terminate the friendship. He has made enough deals where he didn't live up to his end of the bargain now that he has even been terminated as a seller on OA. Indeed, it's a very sad testimonial of his downward spiral despite many prayers for a good outcome for him. :?
