Cobra

Post by kjsspot »

This is Aussie Metal Clay, a bronze. With the metal clay I was able to mold the basic shape, let it dry, and then carve in the details. I'm pretty happy with it. I'll probably keep a mold of this one.

I've always wanted to play with precious metal clay, just never got around to it yet.

A friend of my wife's who lives in Sweden makes stuff with it all the time, she does some kewl stuff with it.

Really nice job on the cobra!

That's really good KJ. I love all the scaly detail in it. ;)

I finished the cobra in 999 silver. As for ruby eyes, it'd have to be a lot bigger or my stones would have to be a lot smaller. lol The proportions didn't work with the 2mm stones I have.
