They did say it was due to unusual weather; which kind of confuses me as weather is what weather is and we just were not watching it long enough to know what it does in a constantly changing solar system in my opinion. https://www.nasa.gov/feature/goddard/2019/2019-ozone-hole-is-the-smallest-on-record-since-its-discovery
