Hiya. There is a stock squeeze going on to keep the theatres open. The hedge funds drove the price down until the Reddit Stock traders at WallStreetBets started focusing on owning shares to also benefit for the hedge funds actions.
WELLL the fats on the fire and the price is wavering around going back down from constant pressure or racing to All Time Highs when the controls cant be held anymore.

I cant say it any better than all the gang on Reddit riding this bull to the moon:
----- HUGE AMC CATALYST. -------- To those that don't already know, on the 19th of march index futures, index options, options, and stock futures will expire simultaneously for AMC. This is a tremendous catalyst that has a good chance to start the squeeze we have been fighting for. That being said, we have done a Wonderfull job in this battle so far but now is when we need to push even harder. We need to set a goal and I think if we can get the pice between $15-$20 before the 19th then seeing a $150+ price target is more than realistic
If you doubt me, here is some research:
For All that Missed it. Big News Coming Due Diligence, Research AMC Stock from a Research Methodology Viewpoint. This is not Financial Advice I am not a Licensed and Insured Professional. This is My Opinion about the Potential of AMC Stock.

So as a lot of people pointed out we needed more DD in this Sub and I agree. We need new users to understand why In My Opinion, Again My OPINION AMC is a solid Stock. Again as in all of My DD’s no Emojis’s you can do that in the comments.

So let’s start with the Stuff Investors should be looking for.

News & Events

Now why does this stuff matter to the young savvy stock investor like you? The AMC Earnings Report will show everyone including the Institutional Investors what has gone on with all the debt and real estate restructuring, and how they plan to move forward coming out of a Global Pandemic. This is where you will see more Institutional Investor buy into the market. The Re-Opening of Movie Theatres will bring in profit, and paired with the Google Trends information (AMC Theatres Trending Higher then Regal and Cinemark) AMC will likely see more retail action then others in the industry. Especially since one of AMC’s Larger Markets is about to re-open (California). Plus, let’s not forget the Movie Blockbusters like Spider Man: No Way Home, Black Widow, Fast & Furious 9, Ghostbusters, James Bond and Many More[1] are all scheduled for Theatrical Releases. Paramount will stream there release 45 days after the theatrical release date on Paramount +, with a deal struck with the theatre industry. Now after the entire world has been locked up at home the theatre business will see heavy action out of the gate, as we saw in the Asian market. [2]

Marketing:

· AMC Theatres partnered with Movio to create a more personalized advertising campaigns using Social Media platforms like Twitter.

o https://www.marketingdive.com/ex/mobile ... 20372.html

· AMC Theatres using social media to show concessions, and refillable popcorn buckets.

o https://www.amctheatres.com/annual-bucket

Marketing is always a big part of any business and partnering with Movio to create a personalized advertising campaign makes the message more effective, instead of receiving the same info over and over again. Concessions is a profit business and AMC saw a 9% rise in there concessions sales in 2019.

Employee & Management Polls Look Pretty Good: Retention, Flexible Work Hours, and a Transparent Management Team.

Now let’s get to some of the stuff that is a little more interesting to you apes.

Institutional Buyers:

Now there is currently 374 Institutional buyers holding 21.83% or 62,719,736 not including Mirage Investment Groups Buzzer Beater on Friday February 26th of 6 Million dollars, out of the 8 Million dollars in stock purchased in the last two minutes. [3] This is a good thing to see for a retail investor. A lot of Institutional buyers love the stock.

Mysterious SI: Our as I like to say #Findshorty

· Ihor Duranski has recently tweeted that there was a rise in the amount of SI in the numbers for AMC + 12.99 Million Shares Worth $104 Million. You can search Ihor on Twitter or get a free ShortSight Account from S3 I will not be posting a link for his twitter account to reveal any personal information about myself but I will post a excel spreadsheet.

· AMC Stock now divided into 35 EFT’s with IWM being the biggest and Shorted at 34%, EFT’s holding AMC up 1 from this morning, and 30 over one week. Makes an Ape wonder what the others look like

o https://www.etf.com/stock/AMC

So IMO again My Opinion things are looking pretty good for AMC. Now ADD your Rockets, and ALL the Emojis you want. Don’t fall for the noise, drown it out, and stay the course. Institutional Investors are counting on you to HOLD. Just wish they would add a Vintage Movie Date Night to the mix.

TLDR: Good News Events coming in including the Financial Earnings Report Release Date, with sign up for webcast for investors. New Marketing Partnership with Movio with better targeting towards the consumer. Institutional Investors are buying positions. Employee & Management Polls are encouraging. SI Increasing and EFT Containing AMC are increasing and being shorted.

Edit #1: Graphs and Charts in Tonight’s DD…. HOLD and Buy People Don’t fall for the Obvious Shiny new Bull Trap Pump and Dump Hedgies are hanging out there.

AMC went over 50$ a share today from the 5 a share in December. IT IS JUST BEGINNING! %0 is not cheap, but its less than 500, not that that is a given or INVESTMENT ADVICE. GME is lagging but is going to do the same thing!

A little update on the background of how we cant lose. Its up over 40 again.

Some of you saw me live go through SEC documents yesterday and I can in fact add FTDs together. In 2008 SEC already knew that a back log of FTDs was going to crash the market eventually. AMC has had 31 billion volume since 2017? Turns to an average of 530 million volume per month for 5 years? OMFG
https://www.reddit.com/r/amcstock/comme ... documents/

TL;DR we know of 381 million FTDs for AMC and likely this number is very low considering the amount crime involved. More than the existing shares have traded every month for 5 years on average, that's absolutely ridiculous and a huge indicator of crime and naked shorting.
Image
I know for a fact I can add the FTDs together and most likely this number is a low ball since we know the volume every month in AMC has been more than the total amount of outstanding shares for at least 5 years. If I view chart exchange and add up those FTDs, the amount is about 381 million FTDs reported in that time frame. Out of 31 billion volume that does seem like much. But the gradual death spiral AMC was put in shows they shorted it WAYYY more that you think. This year in January was the final nail in the coffin. Nobody is selling and I can't imagine how many undelivered shares are really floating around now.

From SEC documents we know that in 2008 only 0.12% of FTDs were ever closed which is a ratio of 833-1 hidden to bought back in FTDs. We know they have the ability to hide 96% of the delivery statuses. We also know they these financial institutions like the DTCC enable their friends to indefinitely hide FTDs. We know these FTDs are lynchpin of the entire market. In order for us to use a non corrupt computer system, they must first clear the books of all FTDs

This means the criminals loopholes are exposed and will be closed at some point. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
