New threads.

Post by jakesrocks »

How about a line at the top of the Board Index page that shows the latest new subjects & posts ? It would save having to search the whole page to find new posts. One stop shopping.

From the Board Index, in the upper left hand corner you'll see Quick Links. Click that and choose active topics to see what's active over the past week, with new threads and replies at the top, or just click unread posts to see what you haven't read yet. ;)

No problem. We all had difficulty figuring out the new program since the old phpBB had everything visible across the top of the page, and the newer version has them hidden. IMHO it was much more user friendly the old way, but c'est la vie. I guess that's what they call progress, but I don't know of any users who agree with that.

I gave up and just adapt constantly LOL> I got a used computer to replace this one and I think I'm going to load Windows 10 into it before I get started instead of taking my Vista way of thinking with me. 10tbyte so should last a few years. I'm worrying about the Blind, Bind and gag issues needed. https://youtu.be/octjhIXkcf0

You do know that Windows 10 is going to track everything you do and report it all to various agencies and websites, including your private information, right? The program even takes away your ability to install updates when you want to, so make sure you read the agreement thoroughly and are willing to give up every keystroke to Microsloth's invasive info gathering machine.

Ya think the NSA is REALLY going to give up it's data collection? LOL
This is interesting about windows 10, give it a read:
