The Negative of Vegtable Oils - correlations to health issues

Post by SwordfishMining »

You have to watch this and adjust your diet if you can for your own good, in my opinion as Im not a medical expert like this guy researched.

At the end he recommends a brillant course of solar effects on climate, but you can find a lot more at Suspicious Observers. Here is this mornings forecast =

Good one, John, thanks for posting the first one so our friends know how to keep themselves healthy. :!:

With 9 people in the house, my stay-at-home mom (most women were housewives back then when the dinosaurs roamed ) had to scrimp and save to make ends meet on dad's salary, so she fed us margarine, which is one molecule away from plastic, Miracle Whip, Crisco, corn oil, canola and whatever else was cost effective for her all the time, but I intuitively knew they weren't good so I don't use any of them, nor do I use soybean oil since most soybeans are GMO, and I almost never fry anything in oil.

On the few occasions when I do fry something I mostly use organic butter, or if I need a lot of oil I use virgin coconut oil. I admit that once in a while if I need a light oil for something I'll use grapeseed oil because it has such a high flash point, but I keep it in the refrigerator because I use it so seldom a small can of it lasts me over a year. Occasionally I'll use olive oil, but since I don't fry much it's very seldom that I even use that, which may account for why I've been a size 2 all my adult life. The only vegetable oil I get in my diet is in my mayo, since I use a safflower-based mayo because I read it was better than the other oils in mayo, other than olive that is which is ok, but I like the taste of the safflower mayo. So for decades I've really only used butter, olive oil and coconut oil, and I think I'm that much healthier for it. ;)
