Rings I made and Alexander the eagle

Post by Charles »

Alex 7x7.jpg
Alexander is an original, 2-1/2' foot tall antique bronze eagle by the Famous 19th century French artist Jules Moigniez (Circa 1870). Moigniez's sculptures are acclaimed as being among the finest ever created. Alexander is one of Moigniez's works of art. It is NOT a modern copy or reproduction. He is much more impressive in person.

I have a VERY small sampling of vintage, antique, and mid-century modern to contemporary jewelry and collectibles you can see at http://www.coinbender.com

Yes, I personally made all the coin rings and recovery medal rings that you'll see when you visit http://www.coinbender.com (you can see a few below. I'm a retired jeweler, antiques, and collectibles dealer). If you have a coin (or medal) you'd like made into a ring PM me.

Tip: Do NOT clean your coins. It takes away from their value when they are cleaned, dipped, or polished.

I still collect and will be happy to consider trading rings and other things I have for things you have that I'm interested in.

Thank you,

Charles

Cool! I can't for the life of me figure out how you made something like the crown of thorns into a flat ring. Awesome! 8-)

Lol, Pink, the crown of thorns would of been easier, the hole was already there to start it! I used to do that with Franklin .50 cent pieces so it says "in God we trust" around the ring. Fun projects. They look good Charles!
