Not positive what species my Conk focal bead was. It was stolen at Snyders Pow Wow in Ca in the 90s in case you ever see it. First and last day we ever set up where customers blocked our sight of expensive items while browsing so we were not across a counter fr...

Thanks for sharing. I'll have to carry a camera more when I walk out to the old bone yard claim (precious bone originally & the tags are off the posts since I found it in the 80s) or out of the Mining district cross country certain ways to share what I see (which I normally do not do to have mor...

Re: Sugar
I buy M&Ms by the 42oz size and 10 lb bags of Cane, but processed foods rarely. I cook and bake. You heard the milk council wanted the sweeteners (aspartame?) added to milk off label because "they all do it". No good will come of this secret ingredients. Nobody knows what is in plastic...

Nice ones. All I've managed is some circulated silver in my life. It's what I hope to someday find with the detector I got way back when.

Tylenol has mood altering effects.
I've always known this and stayed away from it, due to my reactions to it. AND the marketing: they just gave it to any Dr or hospitals that would take it for free instead of having to buy existing pain killers, to get it so widespread. The term lying with statistics is foremost fact in drug sales it...

Re: WARNING Oregon Road Trip. Hundreds of photos.
Glad you all enjoyed your vacation. Some of the biggest memories growing up are found on them. I can't imagine living anywhere else than up here. It does take miles and hours to get around tho'. My commute to the kids is from the opals to the other side of Crater Lake, and I usually only grab a buck...

Re: Swordfish Mining in Virgin Valley, NV
Hiya Pink; No I'm not doing the ISG course because the museum died and I undonated my showcase of fine opals. The ones that don't fire me up or are the more common ones are the ones being displayed and priced. I've sold wet specimens for that purpose. Folks only seem to want to pick tops from mine r...
